The chefs have an extensive network of selected suppliers from which to draw the freshest fish from the Mediterranean, pressed extra virgin olive oil, handmade artisanal pasta and local products from the farmers of the Piazza del Duomo market. Seasonal ingredients and of eco-sustainable origin. The menus in Torre Chigi are traditional plates of our Italian chefs who prepare dishes exclusively from what is available in the agricultural territory around them, unmistakable rich and varied flavors.
